SALES CONSULTANT (CONFINEMENT CENTRE)

SALES CONSULTANT - KIMPORO SDN BHD

Job Responsibilities:
- Follow up on enquiries through phone calls, WhatsApp, social media, and walk-in customers.

- Conduct consultations with expecting mothers and family members to understand their needs.

- Recommend relevant confinement packages and services to prospective clients.

- Arrange visits and presentations.

- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Ensure a smooth transition for customers during deployment of nanny

- Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.

- Maintain accurate customer records and sales reports.

Job Requirement:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a sales, preferably in the confinement industry.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively liaise with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Melayu, English and Mandarin is required to effectively to serve Mandarin-speaking customers.
• Excellent time management and organization skills
• Proactive, self-motivated, and results-driven

Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
