As a brand ambassador, you will deliver a personalized and inspiring shopping experience, building lasting relationships with our customers and actively contributing to the commercial success of the point of sale.

• Permanent contract.
• 36-hour work week.
• Working schedule from Monday to Saturday.

• Deliver an exceptional level of customer service that reflects HUGO BOSS's premium standards.

• Provide personalized advice to customers by identifying their needs and offering tailored solutions.
• Achieve and exceed individual and team sales targets.
• Build long-lasting customer relationships through excellent service and client loyalty initiatives.
• Maintain an impeccable store appearance and ensure outstanding product presentation.
• Actively participate in merchandise receiving, replenishment, and stock management.
• Contribute to creating a unique and inspiring brand experience with every customer interaction.

Your profile:

• Previous experience in sales and customer service, preferably in premium fashion, luxury, or specialized retail.
• Excellent communication and customer-oriented skills.
• Passion for fashion and awareness of market trends.
• Dynamic, proactive profile with a results-oriented mindset.
• Ability to work as part of a team and in demanding environments.
• Previous experience in El Corte Inglés is highly valued.
• Experience in premium or luxury retail.
• Languages: Native Spanish. Arabic and French highly valued.
