Position Summary:
We are seeking a motivated, outgoing, and customer-centric Sales Associate to join our store team. In this role, you will serve as the face of our brand, helping customers find the perfect products while achieving sales goals. You will be responsible for maintaining a clean, organized store environment and ensuring every customer leaves satisfied.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Service:
• Greet customers warmly and ascertain their needs and preferences.
• Provide expert product knowledge and recommendations to assist customers in making purchasing decisions.
• Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and returns professionally with a problem-solving attitude.
• Build strong customer relationships to generate repeat business and loyalty.
• Sales & Performance:
• Meet or exceed individual sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Utilize upselling and cross-selling techniques to maximize transaction value.
• Stay up-to-date on product features, current promotions, and store policies.
• Store Operations:
• Process transactions accurately via the Point of Sale (POS) system (cash, credit, and mobile payments).
• Assist with inventory management, including receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise.
• Maintain store visual standards by ensuring shelves are stocked, displays are appealing, and the store is clean.
• Participate in inventory counts and loss prevention procedures.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 1+ years of retail or customer service experience is a plus (training provided for entry-level).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Basic math skills and cash handling experience.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, evenings, and holidays.
• Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
