Sales Associate

Position Overview

The Sales Associate provides exceptional customer service, drives sales, and supports daily store operations while upholding the company’s brand and values.

1) Key Responsibilities

Customer Service \& Sales

· Greet and assist customers, creating a positive shopping experience.

· Provide knowledgeable recommendations on products and services.

· Promote customer loyalty programs.

· Process transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.

· Address customer inquiries and resolve concerns promptly.

· Sales-driven mindset with the ability to upsell.

Store Operations

· Ability to work in a team and adapt to a fast-paced environment.

· Strong customer service and communication skills.

· Maintain store cleanliness and organization.

· Assist with stock replenishment and product displays.

· Follow company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.

Inventory \& Merchandising

· Support promotional activities and merchandising standards.

· Assist with stock replenishment and product displays.

· Do inventory counts as required.

· Basic math skills and proficiency in handling transactions.

Security \& Compliance

· Ensure a safe and secure environment for staff and customers.

· Maintain product security and respond to incidents appropriately.

· Follow emergency protocols and compliance procedures.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From $18.25 per hour
