Sales Associate

Clarendon Homes are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Redland Bay, Queensland. This temporary part-time role is essential for driving sales and providing exceptional service to prospective home buyers, guiding them through the display centres experience and providing exceptional customer service.

You will be working alongside a dynamic high achieving team supporting the sales process and helping clients find their dream home

Day to day:

You will be:

• Greeting customers and provide a welcoming, informative experience at the display home
• Supporting the sales team with administrative tasks, including document preparation and record-keeping
• Assisting with marketing initiatives and promotion of Domaine Homes’ residential products
• Maintaining the presentation and professionalism of the display centre and sales office
• Registering leads, distributing marketing materials, and building strong relationships with prospective home buyers

About you:

To be successful in this high achieving environment you will be:

• A natural communicator with a personable, friendly approach
• Available to work 2 to 4 days a week, including weekends
• An excellent communicator with a positive, can-do attitude
• Highly energetic, self-motivated, and eager to learn
• Strong organisationally with attention to detail
• Able to work collaboratively in a high-performing team and independently
• A goal-oriented high achiever with the motivation and ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
