Job Requirements

· 2+ years of marketing and events experience

· Outgoing Energetic Personality

· Lead and grow events business including weddings, corporate functions, memberships

· Develop and execute marketing campaigns across social media, email, texts, partnerships and local outreach

· Build relationships with clients, influencers, and community organizations

· Manage event inquiries, tours, proposals, contracts, and client communication from booking through execution

· Track marketing performance, event revenue, and ROI metrics

· Organize and attend offsite marketing functions

· Guest focused service mentality

· Basic computer skills including word and excel

· Ability to plan and work through multiple schedules

· Strong guest service standards and leadership qualities

· Ability to guide and motivate staff through a variety of situations

· Problem solving and conflict resolution skills

· Must be able to work an average of 55 hours per week

Pay: $60,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
