Build and maintain strong relationships with customers and target audiences.
Support the recruitment, interviewing, and training of nannies and domestic workers.
Conduct market research and monitor industry trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
Identify opportunities to improve services, sales performance, marketing strategies, and promotional campaigns.
Review and approve marketing plans and campaigns before implementation.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all placed nannies and domestic workers, and coordinate with the back-office team regarding available candidates and resources.
Meet the assigned contract and sales targets set by the Marketing Supervisor.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in Marketing or a related field is an advantage.
Previous experience in marketing, sales, customer service, or a related field.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of direct marketing and market research techniques.
Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
Arabic and/or English language proficiency preferred.
