The Role

As a Sales Agent, your day will revolve around helping customers find the right insurance solution.

You’ll:

• Handle incoming calls from customers ready to buy
• Make outbound calls to customers who have already shown interest (no cold calling)
• Build rapport, understand customer needs, and offer tailored solutions
• Deliver excellent customer service while working towards performance targets

This is a full-time, permanent role with real career prospects in a small but rapidly growing business.

Earnings \& Rewards

• Basic salary: £23,198 (based on a 35-hour week)
• A performance bonus
• OTE up to £35,000

You don’t need previous insurance experience to apply. We provide fully paid, comprehensive training, along with ongoing development throughout your employment.
All we ask is that you’re motivated, enthusiastic, and willing to learn, we’ll teach you the rest.

Working Hours

• 35 hours per week
• Induction training: 9am–5pm (first 3-6 weeks)
• Shifts on a two-week rotation (shifts between 8:00am - 8:00pm e.g 12.15pm-7:30pm and 8:30am-3:45pm)
• 1 in 2 Saturdays (9am–5pm)

This is an office based role, you must be able to reliably commute to Mamhilad Park Estate.
