Key Responsibilities

* ReManage consultations with patients

* Prepare and update treatment plans

* Create and present quotations

* Handle daily CRM operations

* Follow up on patient treatment progress and stay in contact.

Required Qualifications

* Preferable experience as a medical consultant, telesales representative, translator, or call center agent.

* Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business Administration, Public Relations, Healthcare, or any related field.

* Strong communication and listening skills.

* Foundational sales and customer service abilities.

* Proficiency in computer systems and CRM software.

* Language proficiency in Turkish, German, and English.
