About the Job
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to support daily sales operations, customer coordination, and order management activities. This role is responsible for handling customer enquiries, preparing quotations, coordinating sales orders, and ensuring smooth communication between customers, production, design, and logistics teams. The Sales Administrator will also provide after-sales support, maintain strong customer relationships, and assist the sales team in achieving business targets through efficient coordination and timely follow-ups.

Job Description

Quotation \& Customer Support

  • Prepare and follow up on quotations for existing and prospective customers
  • Handle incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner
  • Provide basic product/service information and support customers on their requirements

Sales Coordination \& Order Management

  • Coordinate sales orders from confirmation to delivery
  • Issue job orders and ensure accurate documentation for production execution
  • Monitor order status and ensure timely fulfilment of customer requirements

Internal Coordination (Production \& Design)

  • Liaise with designers to confirm artwork/drawings before issuing job orders
  • Work closely with production team to ensure job specifications are clearly communicated
  • Coordinate with logistics on delivery schedules and shipment arrangements

Customer Relationship Management

  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing customers
  • Provide after-sales support and handle any order-related issues or complaints
  • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and repeat business

Sales Support \& Closing Assistance

  • Assist sales team in preparing proposals and supporting negotiation process
  • Support in converting enquiries into confirmed orders
  • Track sales pipeline and assist in achieving monthly sales targets

Skills and Qualification

  • Minimum Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
  • 1–2 years experience in Sales Admin / Customer Service / Manufacturing admin role preferred
  • Experience in packaging, carton box, printing, or manufacturing industry is an added advantage
  • Good understanding of quotation, order processing, and production workflow is preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email communication)
  • Proficient in Software- Adobe Illustrator, Autocount system would be added advantages
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
  • Detail-oriented with good follow-up and organisational skills
  • Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
