Sales Administrator
We are looking for a responsible and proactive Sales Administrator to support our sales team and ensure smooth daily operations. The ideal candidate should be organised, detail-oriented, and able to communicate effectively with customers and internal departments.
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare quotations, sales orders, invoices, and related documents.
- Coordinate and follow up on customer orders, deliveries, and shipment schedules.
- Support the sales team in handling customer enquiries and maintaining good customer relationships.
- Maintain accurate sales records and update customer information in the system.
- Assist in preparing sales reports, monthly summaries, and documentation.
- Support digital marketing activities including social media updates and online customer engagement.
- Basic knowledge of AI tools and digital marketing platforms (to assist in marketing activities and content preparation.
- Handle filing, administrative duties, and other ad-hoc assignments as required.
Requirements
- Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 1–2 years of working experience in sales administration, marketing support, or customer service is preferred.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Familiar with social media and online marketing platforms.
- Basic understanding of AI tools for marketing and administrative work will be an added advantage.
- Organised, responsible, and able to work independently.
- Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Pay: From RM2,500.00 per month
