A Sales Administrator (Sales Admin) provides critical clerical and operational support to help sales teams execute daily transactions acting as the bridge between sales reps, logistics, finance, and clients, they ensure that customer requests are addressed promptly and orders move smoothly from purchase to delivery.
Job Summary
The Sales Administrator handles the backend of the sales pipeline. This role focuses on processing orders and documentation, maintaining client records, generating sales reports, and assist with customer inquiries.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Processing: Enter incoming online, email, and phone orders into the sales tracking system with high precision.
- Billing \& Documentation: Generate invoices, issue delivery orders, process customer payments, and verify data accuracy across all forms.
- Customer Service: Serve as a non-technical point of contact to answer questions about accounts, subscription renewals, or order status.
- Logistics Coordination: Collaborate with shipping, logistics, and production teams to track orders and ensure on-time delivery.
- CRM \& Database Management: Update customer details, record interactions
Key Skills and Qualifications
- Experience: Prior work experience as a Sales Admin, Support Agent, or in a relevant supporting administrative role.
- Technical Savvy: Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills to interact professionally with both internal teams and external prospects.
