Russian Translator

Seren Klinikis looking for a professional and patient-oriented Russian Translator to join our team.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing accurate interpretation and translation services for Russian-speaking patients throughout their medical journey, ensuring clear communication between patients and the clinic team while delivering an outstanding patient experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide verbal interpretation between Russian-speaking patients and the medical team.
• Translate medical information, treatment plans, and clinic procedures accurately.
• Assist patients during consultations, treatments, and follow-up appointments.
• Support patients throughout their journey, ensuring they understand each step of the treatment process.
• Coordinate with patient coordinators, doctors, and operational teams to ensure smooth communication.
• Translate written documents and patient information when required.
• Build strong relationships with patients and provide exceptional customer service.
• Ensure confidentiality and accuracy when handling patient information.
• Support administrative and operational tasks related to patient communication when needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a Russian Translator or Interpreter is preferred.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Russian and English.
• Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple patients.
• Experience in healthcare, medical tourism, or customer service is considered an advantage.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

Requirements

• Fluent in Russian and English (Turkish is a strong advantage).
• Professional appearance and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively with patients and multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and basic computer applications.
• Ability to work on-site and provide support during clinic operations.
