Russian Nail Technician

We are seeking an experienced and multi-talented Senior Russian Nail Technician \& Eyelash Extension Specialist to join our salon team. In this dual role, you will deliver high-end nail care and precision lash services while mentoring team members and maintaining top-tier quality and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

• Nail Services: Perform advanced Russian manicures, pedicures, gel polish, acrylics, hard gels, e-filing, and custom nail art.
• Lash Services: Provide professional eyelash extension services, including classic, hybrid, and volume sets, as well as fills, removals, and lash lifts/tints.
• Client Consultation: Assess client nail and lash health, recommend tailored treatments, and provide clear aftercare instructions.
• Leadership \& Standards: Guide and mentor junior technicians on technical execution, timing, and customer service standards.
• Safety \& Sanitation: Maintain strict sterilization, hygiene, and workplace safety protocols across all stations.
• Client Retention: Deliver high-touch customer care to build and maintain a loyal, recurring client roster.

Qualifications \& Requirements

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience as a nail technician, with proven expertise in eyelash extension application.
• Licensing: Active Cosmetology, Nail Technician, or Esthetician license (or local equivalent certification).
• Skills: Mastery in modern nail techniques and intricate designs, plus expertise in lash isolation, mapping, and proper adhesive usage. Russian \& English Language proficiency is an advantage
• Attributes: High attention to detail, exceptional time management, strong interpersonal skills, and a polished professional presence.

Pay: From AED3,500.00 per month
