About the role

As an RPA Project Manager \& Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in leading our projects from conception to completion, ensuring seamless execution and exceptional delivery of value to our customers. This role combines technical expertise with strong project management skills and a passion for customer interaction.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare \& present project plans to our customers in English and German.
• Understand and collect requirements from customers by asking the right questions.
• Support customers in setting up their infrastructure with the help of technical colleagues and standardized documentation.
• Monitor project implementation and mitigate issues with the help of technical colleagues.
• Lead and facilitate regular 1:1 meetings with team members to discuss project progress, address roadblocks, and ensure everyone is aligned on deadlines and goals
• Manage team performance and work together with your team to enable them to maximize their career potential.
• Manage the project budget.
• Proactively identify and propose new solutions to fix customers’ problems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or technical related field.
• Proficiency in English and German languages is a must.
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a technical role in a software company
• Knowledge (not necessarily experience) in RPA principles and development.
• Knowledge or experience in Project Management.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills in B2B interactions
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team environment.
• Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
