The Role:

• To be totally customer focused by consistently delivering excellent customer service with an informed, friendly and effective approach.
• Ensuring the hotel PMS system is maintained with the room sales administration
• Maximise selling opportunities
• Be proactive in identifying and communicating sales leads to the hotels Sales Manager
