Rigging Supervisor

Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Rigging Supervisor to oversee operations and ensure the efficient functioning of our rig equipment. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in vehicle maintenance, mechanics, and customer service, with the ability to manage a team effectively. This role is crucial for maintaining safety standards and optimizing performance in a dynamic work environment.

Responsibilities

• Supervise daily operations of rig equipment and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain and repair rig machinery using hand tools, power tools, and ohmmeters.
• Fabricate parts as necessary to ensure the rig is operational at all times.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance on vehicles and equipment to prevent downtime.
• Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and concerns promptly.
• Lead a team of technicians, providing guidance and training as needed.
• Perform heavy lifting and physical tasks associated with rig operations.
• Document maintenance activities and report any issues to upper management.

Experience

• Proven experience in rigging supervision or a related field is preferred.
• Strong mechanical skills with experience in vehicle maintenance and repair.
• Familiarity with operating power tools, hand tools, and diagnostic equipment such as ohmmeters.
• Ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding conditions.
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
• Previous experience in a supervisory role is an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: BD400.000 per month
