Rewire AI Transformation Office Lead

Grade: M4

Reports to: REMST Platform and AI TO Lead

Direct reports: Lead, Strategy and Design. Lead, Automation and AI

Location: UK or US

Travel: Global travel expected, with delivery conducted primarily online

Role purpose

Establish and lead JLLT's AI transformation office, partnering with business lines globally to identify, shape and implement their AI ambitions. The role carries accountability for unlocking $100+ million savings across JLL REMS through platforming and AI led optimisation of delivery, converting opportunity into implemented change rather than strategy on paper.

Key responsibilities

Stand up and run the Rewire function as JLLT's AI transformation office, defining how it engages business lines, prioritises work and governs delivery

Build and maintain the opportunity pipeline across business lines, quantifying the benefit case for each and sequencing work by value and feasibility

Lead the two Rewire pillars, ensuring Strategy and Design produce holistic end to end solutions spanning technology, people and process, and that Automation and AI select and deliver the right technical approach against that design

Own benefit realisation, working with finance, HR and business line leadership to track committed savings from identification through to delivery in the numbers

Broker and manage the extended delivery model, drawing internal engineering, business analysis and process mapping capability alongside external service providers, and directing transformation team PMO and project management resource

Act as senior counterpart to business line leadership and executive stakeholders, building the case for change and holding the line on scope, pace and outcomes

Embed AI agents within the Rewire delivery team as working capability, not pilots, and set the standard for how JLL teams operate alongside them

Represent JLLT's AI transformation agenda internally and with partners and vendors

Success measures

Value identified, validated and approved into the benefit pipeline

Benefit realised against plan, evidenced with finance

Solutions moved from design into live operational use across business lines

Rewire function established with defined operating model, governance and engagement route for business lines

Experience and skills

Essential

15 or more years leading large scale business transformation, with demonstrable delivery of financial benefit at enterprise scale

Offshoring or platforming experience, having moved work or process onto a shared or productised model

Track record implementing AI or technology solutions in an operational business setting

Fast and agile ways of working, comfortable operating with incomplete information and iterating to an outcome

Executive stakeholder management, credible with business line leadership and able to influence without direct authority

Commercial and analytical rigour, able to build and defend a business case and stand behind the numbers

Ability to work directly with AI agents and incorporate them into a delivery team

Preferred

Consulting, strategy or transformation practice background

Experience in real estate services or comparable global services organisation

Experience leading matrixed and vendor blended delivery teams

Positioning

This is a senior leadership role in JLL's AI transformation, with visibility to executive leadership and direct influence over how the firm applies AI to its own delivery.
