Job Description

• Analyze historical data, market trends, and competitor pricing to provide data-driven recommendations on pricing and revenue strategies.
• Assist in forecasting demand, revenue, and occupancy to support strategic decision-making.
• Monitor and evaluate performance across all distribution channels, including OTAs, direct bookings, and corporate/wholesale markets.
• Support the implementation of pricing and inventory control strategies to maximize revenue and profitability.
• Prepare and present detailed reports on revenue performance, market trends, and competitive benchmarking.
• Collaborate with hotel revenue managers, sales teams, and marketing teams to align revenue strategies with business objectives.
• Ensure accurate data entry and management within revenue management systems and other analytical tools.
• Identify opportunities to improve revenue streams through ancillary sales and upselling strategie

คุณสมบัติผู้สมัคร

• เพศ หญิง / ชาย อายุ 25 ปีขึ้นไป

• วุฒิปริญญาตรีด้านการโรงแรม การท่องเที่ยว บริหารธุรกิจ หรือสาขาที่เกี่ยวข้อง

• มีประสบการณ์ด้าน Reservation, Front Office, Sales หรือ Revenue Management 2–5 ปี (ขึ้นอยู่กับตำแหน่ง)

• ใช้ Excel ได้ในระดับดีถึงดีมาก (Pivot Table, XLOOKUP, Power Query จะเป็นข้อได้เปรียบ)

• มีความรู้ด้านการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลและการจัดทำรายงาน

• สื่อสารภาษาอังกฤษได้ดี ทั้งการพูดและการเขียน

• มีความละเอียดรอบคอบ รับผิดชอบ และสามารถทำงานภายใต้แรงกดดันได้
