At Danone, Revenue Growth Management (RGM) is a key strategic capability that enables sustainable, profitable growth by aligning pricing, promotions, assortment and customer strategy.
The RGM team acts as a central partner to Sales, Marketing and Finance, driving data-led decision-making and ensuring that commercial strategies are grounded in consumer value and market reality.
As Revenue Growth Manager for Romania, you will play a critical role in shaping and deploying RGM strategy locally, driving pricing excellence, optimizing promotional investments and building strong cross-functional alignment.
YOUR responsibilities:
Pricing Excellence & Digital Enablement

  • Define and implement pricing strategies across brands and channels;
  • Lead deployment and adoption of digital pricing and simulation tools to maximize price realization;
  • Leverage price elasticity and competitive insights to optimize price positioning and price pack architecture ;
  • Set-up / validate selling prices in internal ERP.

Promotion Optimization

  • Build promo guidelines and optimize promo strategies to maximize ROI and incremental growth
  • Responsible for promotional budget build-up, promotional budget tracking and promo KPIs tracking;
  • Responsible for promo data gathering (baseline, promo plan, financial data, share of voice etc);
  • Co-contributor for developing and running promo evaluation process including business case creation and ROI;
  • Improve trade investment efficiency through data-driven decision-making and post-evaluation;
  • Ensure alignment between promotional plans, brand strategy and customer dynamics

Portfolio & Mix Management

  • Drive assortment and mix optimization to enhance sustainable growth;
  • Support development of optimal pack architecture and SKU roles within the portfolio.

Market & Competitive Intelligence

  • Conduct in-depth analysis of market trends, competitors and shopper behavior;
  • Translate insights into actionable recommendations for pricing, promotions, and assortment;
  • Support scenario planning and business case development for key commercial decisions.

Business Partnering & Governance

  • Act as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance and Category teams;
  • Contribute to key business cycles (e.g., AOP, pricing rounds, strategic planning);

Ensure strong governance, tracking and performance management of RGM initiatives.

We are looking for a Revenue Growth Specialist with the following profile:

  • University degree (Finance, Economics, Business administration, DataAnalytics /Mathematics)
  • Experience in FMCG, Pricing, Commercial Finance, Category Management or RGM is a strong advantage
  • Advanced in English, both written and spoken
  • Advanced xls, PBI and PPT expertise
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to derive insights from complex data;
  • Strategic thinking with the ability to anticipate trends and identify opportunities;
  • Solid understanding of commercial levers: pricing, promotions, assortment and trade terms;
  • Ability to translate analysis into clear, actionable recommendations;
