Retails/Pharmacy Assistant - Binjai Rendah

• Assist in taking inventory of medications and pharmaceutical supplies.
• Process sales transactions for medications and other pharmacy products accurately.
• Refer customer enquiries regarding prescriptions, medications, or health-related matters to the Pharmacist.
• Monitor and clear short-expiry items according to company procedures.
• Promote and focus on high profit margin products to achieve outlet sales targets.
• Restock shelves and ensure adequate supply of medications and pharmaceutical products.
• Prepare and write prescription labels accurately under Pharmacist supervision.
• Perform daily cash handling and ensure cash drawer reconciliation at the end of each shift.
• Answer incoming phone calls professionally and courteously.
• Participate in continuous product knowledge training conducted by the Pharmacist.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
