Key Responsibilities
- Overseeing daily store operations.
- Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service objectives.
- Monitor stock levels, merchandise displays, and product availability.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
- Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.
- Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
- Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to financial controls.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and store presentation.
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
