Key Responsibilities

Overseeing daily store operations.
Supervise and motivate store staff to achieve sales and service objectives.
Monitor stock levels, merchandise displays, and product availability.
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety, and operational standards.
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations professionally.
Conduct regular stock audits and coordinate with the warehouse and procurement teams.
Analyze sales reports and implement strategies to improve store performance.
Ensure proper cash handling and adherence to financial controls.
Maintain high standards of cleanliness, merchandising, and store presentation.

Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR10,000.00 per month
