Job Summary

The Retail Sales Manager drives multi-showroom revenue growth and elevates the customer experience across Sealy’s premium sleep galleries in the MENA region. You will oversee showroom operations, lead high-performing teams of Sleep Consultants, and implement local sales strategies to maximize profitability. This leadership role ensures that our retail presence flawlessly represents Sealy's global reputation for sleep wellness and premium product innovations.

Key Responsibilities

Leadership \& Team Development

  • Manage and supervise showroom sales teams, providing ongoing coaching and performance evaluations to exceed monthly targets.
  • Recruit and onboard specialized Retail Sales Representatives, transforming them into expert "Sleep Consultants".
  • Foster a performance-driven culture focused on elite, consultative selling and sleep-health education.

Showroom Operations \& Visual Merchandising

  • Maintain high-end visual appeal across showrooms, ensuring correct representation of premium lines like Posturepedic and Crown Jewels.
  • Optimize inventory management and stock planning in coordination with our state-of-the-art production facility in Jeddah.
  • Oversee point-of-sale (POS) systems, accurate transaction processing, financial auditing, and white-glove home delivery coordination.

Strategy \& Revenue Growth

  • Develop regional sales plans and traffic-driving initiatives to hit company goals across the MENA region.
  • Monitor performance metrics (KPIs), using sales data and analytics to adjust strategies and maximize retail floor conversion.
  • Conduct market research and track competitor promotions to identify new bedding market opportunities. [1, 2, 3, 4]

Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field; a Master's degree is highly preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum of 5 to 8 years of retail management experience, ideally within luxury furniture, premium bedding, or high-end consumer goods.
  • Track Record: Proven success in meeting retail revenue goals, scaling sales operations, and managing premium showrooms.
  • Languages: Native-level fluency in Arabic and excellent professional proficiency in English are required for regional market interaction.
  • Skills: Strong negotiation, team motivation, corporate risk management, and data-driven decision-making capabilities.
  • Availability: Willingness to work flexible retail shifts, including weekends, to support store operations during high-traffic promotional periods.
  • Male, 30 to 40 years of age
