Retail Sales Manager

Super Oud Perfumes LLC is an Emirati luxury fragrance brand in Abu Dhabi, specializing in rare natural oud, oriental perfumes, and bukhoor is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Sales Manager with solid experience in selling Arabic perfumes and oud to join our growing team and help drive our business forward.

Key Responsibilities:

· Identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the designated region.

· Develop and implement sales strategies to drive business growth and market expansion.

· Establish, build, and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

· Track sales performance, prepare regular reports, and monitor progress toward meeting targets.

· Stay up to date with industry trends, competitor activities, and market conditions.

· Handle VIP clients and complex customer situations.

Requirement:

· A minimum of 6 years of relevant experience in managing retail stores within the UAE in luxury perfume brand;

· Outstanding communication skills in English \& Arabic;

· Knowledge of perfume products relevant to the company.

Pay: AED10,000.00 - AED15,000.00 per month
