Key Responsibilities:

Sales Leadership: Lead daily retail operations, monitor sales performance, and implement strategies to achieve monthly and quarterly revenue targets.

Team Management: Recruit, coach, and motivate supervisors and sales associates while fostering a positive and productive workplace culture.

Customer Experience: Ensure every customer receives exceptional service by maintaining high standards of store presentation, product availability, and staff engagement.

Operational Excellence: Oversee inventory management, merchandising standards, cash handling procedures, and compliance with company policies.

Performance Analysis: Monitor key performance indicators, prepare operational reports, identify sales opportunities, and recommend improvements to maximize profitability.

Cross Functional Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, merchandising, logistics, and senior management to execute promotional campaigns and support business objectives.

What We Are Looking For:

Experience: Minimum of 4 years of retail management experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory or managerial role.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead diverse teams, improve employee performance, and achieve business goals in a fast-paced retail environment.

Business Knowledge: Strong understanding of retail operations, sales forecasting, inventory control, merchandising, and customer relationship management.

Communication: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with customers, employees, and business partners.

Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications and retail management or point-of-sale systems.

Pay: QAR9,000.00 - QAR12,000.00 per month
