Key Responsibilities
- Achieve daily and monthly sales targets set by management
- Deliver outstanding customer service to enhance in-store experience
- Build strong customer relationships and encourage repeat business
- Identify sales opportunities through effective upselling and cross-selling
- Provide detailed product information and recommend suitable gift options
- Perform product demonstrations and confidently articulate product features
- Maintain store presentation, cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards
- Handle sales transactions, quotations, orders, deliveries, and basic inventory tasks
Job Requirements
- Minimum SPM / STPM / Diploma in any field
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
- Preferably with at least 1 year of retail sales experience
Skills \& Attributes
- Able to communicate in English \& Bahasa Malaysia (Mandarin is an added advantage)
- Basic computer skills
- Presentable, customer-focused, and service-oriented
- Positive attitude with strong interest in sales and retail environment
- Proactive, self-motivated, and target-driven
- A team player with good interpersonal skills
- Willing to work on rotational shifts(no night shift), weekends, and public holidays

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
