Retail Sales Associates (KL)

Job Description

• Greet, welcome and attend to customers at the store.
• Promote, recommend products according to customers needs.
• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries.
• Demonstrate and explain use of products to customers.
• Provide information and promote the company's Extended Warranty program.
• Follow up on customers enquiries and after sales service.
• Assist with receiving of merchandise and inventory count.
• Assist in maintenance and arrangement of showroom.
• Assist in cashiering

Requirements

• Minimum SPM holder / Certificate / Diploma in any field.
• Retail sales experience in electrical and IT products is an added advantage.
• Service oriented with pleasant and cheerful personality.
• Target driven, self-motivated, and passionate in sales and service.
• Conversant in English and Bahasa Malaysia

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
