You will be the face of our brand, responsible for providing exceptional customer service, maintaining store presentation, and driving sales. Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Greet customers warmly, identify their needs, and provide product recommendations to ensure a positive shopping experience.
  • Sales: Process transactions accurately using the Point of Sale (POS) system, handle cash/card payments, and promote store loyalty programs or special offers.
  • Stock Management: Assist with receiving, unpacking, and replenishing stock on the sales floor. Ensure shelves are fully stocked and organized.
  • Visual Merchandising: Maintain high standards of store cleanliness and visual presentation, ensuring all displays are tidy and appealing.
  • Product Knowledge: Stay up to date with current product ranges, features, and benefits to answer customer questions confidently.
  • Problem Solving: Handle customer queries, returns, and exchanges professionally and efficiently.

Requirements:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not essential (training provided).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Basic math skills for cash handling.
  • A positive, "can-do" attitude and the ability to work well within a team.

Role Summary:
Are you a closer? We are looking for a highly motivated Sales Assistant to drive revenue and hit aggressive sales targets. You will be responsible for the full sales cycle, from greeting the customer to closing the deal and ensuring post-sale satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sales Performance: Proactively approach customers to understand their needs and match them with the right products. Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and KPIs.
  • Upselling & Cross-selling: Identify opportunities to increase basket size by recommending accessories, add-ons, or premium alternatives.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Build a rapport with customers to encourage repeat business. Collect customer data for follow-up marketing campaigns.
  • Store Operations: Maintain inventory accuracy, handle cash-ups at the end of the shift, and assist with visual standards to attract customers.
  • Product Demos: Confidently demonstrate product features to prove value and overcome objections.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in a target-driven sales environment (retail, telemarketing, or hospitality).
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills.
  • Resilient and self-motivated, with the ability to handle rejection positively.
  • Excellent English communication skills.
  • Available to work a flexible roster (weekends essential).
