At Aihome, our Sales Executives are the fighters on the floor bringing in the money. But you? You are the mechanic keeping the entire engine running. If a store runs out of stock, if a smart display is broken, or if the inventory count is short, the sales team cannot fight. We are looking for a hyper-organized, detail-obsessed Retail Operation Executive who hates chaos and knows how to run a flawless retail system.

THE MANDATE: You are the operational shield for our retail network. Your job is to eliminate friction. You ensure every Aihome outlet has the right stock, perfect displays, and airtight procedures so the sales team can focus 100% on closing deals.

WHAT YOU MUST DELIVER:

• Ironclad Inventory Control: You are the master of the stockroom. You manage stock transfers, receive shipments, and conduct strict audits. If a single smart camera is missing from the system, you hunt it down.
• Flawless Store Standards: You ensure the stores look premium 24/7. If a smart bulb display burns out, you replace it. If a price tag is missing, you print it. You do not wait for the sales team to complain; you fix it first.
• SOP Enforcement: You are the auditor. You visit the outlets to ensure the staff are following standard operating procedures, handling cash correctly, and maintaining our "No Leaning" physical standards.
• Logistics \& Fulfillment: You coordinate with suppliers and the warehouse to make sure our highest-selling items never go out of stock at the retail level. You move fast to plug any supply gaps.

NON-NEGOTIABLES (Who You Are):

• Detail-Obsessed: You are the kind of person who notices a crooked shelf from ten feet away. You double-check every number and never assume someone else did it correctly.
• Action-Oriented: You do not just write a report about a broken display and sit back. You grab the tools, go to the store, and fix the problem.
• Tech-Savvy: You must understand our smart home systems well enough to set up, troubleshoot, and maintain the complex interactive displays in our stores.
• Highly Mobile: This is not a comfortable desk job where you just forward emails. You will be traveling between outlets, digging through stockrooms, and inspecting the retail floors.

HOW YOU WIN (Your KPIs):

• Inventory Accuracy: We expect 100% accuracy during stock takes. Shrinkage is your ultimate enemy.
• Store Audit Scores: You will be graded on how well the stores under your watch comply with Aihome's visual and operational standards.
• Zero Downtime: If a POS system or a demo unit goes down, we measure how fast you get it back online.
