Job Title: Retail Manager UKReports to: Senior Commercial ManagerLocation: London based with travelRole OverviewThe Field Retail Manager is responsible for driving sales growth, ensuring exceptional client experiences, and strengthening the brand’s presence in the market. This role combines commercial leadership with a strong focus on people development and training. The successful candidate will inspire high-performing retail teams, build strong partnerships with retail stakeholders, and deliver impactful training that elevates brand knowledge and client engagement. This is a field-based role initially covering UK that requires travel up to 4 days per week. This role has the potential to expand to further EU countries.Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial & Sales LeadershipWork with the Senior Commercial Manager to set yearly targets for each POSDevelop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed national sales targetsMonitor performance, analyse market trends, and identify growth opportunitiesCreate and execute a total business sales and training strategy, as well as tailored per-location strategiesAct as a key figure in establishing and strengthening the brand with retailer managerPeople Leadership & CultureLead, inspire, and develop store managers and retail teams to deliver excellence in client experience, selling, operations, and visual merchandisingAdapt leadership and coaching styles to suit varying levels of team experienceChampion a collaborative, inclusive, and diverse workplace culture aligned with brand valuesInspire teams with drive, tenacity, and ambition to achieve and exceed targetsBuild a robust internal talent pipeline through succession planning and developmentTraining & DevelopmentDeliver and oversee training programs, including brand inductions, product launches, customer journey, and advanced selling techniquesConduct training across formats — from one-to-one sessions to large group workshopsPartner with retail management to ensure consistent standards of excellence across all storesPromote a culture of continuous learning, improvement, and innovationBrand & Client ExperienceEnsure delivery of an exceptional luxury client experience across all retail locationsSupport and oversee exclusive brand events and activationsChampion initiatives that drive client development and enhance brand positioningExperience & Skills RequiredMinimum of 3 years’ experience as an established Area or Regional Manager within the luxury retail sectorProven track record in successfully opening POS or leading market entry initiativesCommercially astute, results-driven, and operationally hands-onDemonstrated success in remote team managementStrong experience delivering training at all levels, from individual coaching to large-scale workshopsExcellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skillsIn-depth understanding of the niche perfume and luxury retail marketAdditional language(s) a bonus (French, Spanish, German, Italian)Personal AttributesStrategic thinker with a results-oriented mindsetAbility to work autonomously and highly organisedInspiring leader with the ability to motivate and energise teamsResilient, adaptable, and confident in driving changePassionate about luxury retail, client engagement, and brand storytellingMust be London based
