Role Overview

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Retail Data Analyst to join our team. This role is central to transforming retail data into actionable insights, supporting decision-making, and driving operational efficiency across the business.

Key Responsibilities

• Sales data analysis: Interpret sales trends and customer behavior to identify opportunities.
• Inventory optimization: Analyze stock levels and recommend improvements for supply chain efficiency.
• Reporting: Develop dashboards and reports for management and stakeholders.
• Customer insights: Provide analysis on customer preferences and purchasing patterns.
• Collaboration: Work closely with marketing, operations, and IT teams to align strategies.
• Continuous improvement: Stay updated on retail analytics tools and best practices.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Data Analyst, preferably in retail or consumer-focused industries.
• Strong proficiency in SQL, Excel, and BI tools (Power BI, Tableau).
• Familiarity with retail systems (POS, ERP) and data integration.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
