Job Duties:
This position will assist the Restaurant Manager in the day-to-day operations of the restaurant such as ensuring the quality of products serve to the guests. Supervise, train and motivate employees, preparing staff schedule, maintains cleanliness of the shop, ensure health and safety of the employees and guest, attends to guest needs, coordination from one store to another, other departments within the organization and supplier. Assist in inventory of stocks, transfer in/out and completing the food cost report. You should be able to establish an effective working relationship within the team.
