Restaurant Manager

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the restaurant to ensure smooth functioning

• Manage staff scheduling, attendance, and performance evaluations
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Control costs, manage budgets, and maximize profitability
• Coordinate with kitchen and service teams to maintain quality standards
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate procurement of supplies
• Implement marketing and promotional strategies to increase revenue
• Maintain a welcoming and professional environment for guests

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or similar role
• Strong leadership and team management skills
