- Manage the overall daily operations of the restaurant.
- Lead, supervise, motivate, and develop restaurant staff.
- Ensure exceptional customer service and promptly resolve customer complaints.
- Monitor food quality, presentation, and service standards.
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, Halal, and company SOPs.
- Prepare staff schedules and manage manpower efficiently.
- Monitor inventory, stock ordering, and cost control to minimize wastage.
- Achieve sales targets and maximize restaurant profitability.
- Monitor labor costs, food costs, and operating expenses.
- Conduct staff training, coaching, and performance evaluations.
- Ensure proper cash handling, daily sales reconciliation, and banking procedures.
- Coordinate with Head Office on operational matters, maintenance, purchasing, and HR requirements.
- Maintain cleanliness and safety throughout the restaurant.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly operational reports.
Job Requirements
- Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Hospitality, Food \& Beverage Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the F\&B industry, with at least 2–3 years in a Restaurant Manager or similar leadership role.
- Strong leadership, team management, and coaching skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
- Customer-oriented with a passion for delivering outstanding service.
- Good knowledge of restaurant operations, inventory management, and cost control.
- Familiar with food safety, hygiene regulations, and Halal compliance.
- Able to work on weekends, public holidays, and rotating shifts.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems.
- Able to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
