A 5-star luxury hotel in Kuwait is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead operations for one of its signature dining outlets, with a focus on delivering an authentic, high-end Italian dining concept.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee daily restaurant operations, ensuring a seamless and elevated guest experience
- Lead, train, and manage front-of-house restaurant staff
- Maintain quality standards for food, service, and ambiance in line with the Italian concept
- Manage reservations, guest relations, and VIP service standards
- Monitor stock, ordering, and supplier coordination in collaboration with the culinary team
- Handle guest feedback and resolve service issues professionally
- Support cost control and revenue targets for the outlet
- Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and hotel policy standards
Requirements
- Must have experience in luxury hotels with an Italian dining concept
- Proven restaurant management experience in a 5-star environment
- Strong leadership and guest service skills
