We are currently recruiting a Restaurant Manager to join our team at Carton House.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all departmental operations to ensure smooth daily service, including setup, service delivery, and closing procedures.
• Lead the team in creating memorable, personalized guest experiences and promoting exceptional service standards.
• Manage guest requests and reservations efficiently using a proactive "one-stop" approach.
• Drive continuous improvement through innovation, problem-solving, and identifying revenue-generating opportunities across the resort.
• Monitor departmental financial performance by controlling costs and maximizing revenue opportunities.
• Develop and implement departmental goals and action plans focused on colleague engagement, guest satisfaction, quality assurance, loyalty program performance, and financial results.
• Build a high-performing team through effective leadership, training, coaching, performance management, and succession planning.

Key Requirements:

• Strong understanding of hotel Food \& Beverage operations.
• Ability to work independently and use initiative.
• Excellent customer service, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• High standard of spoken and written English.
• Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role within a luxury 5-star hotel environment.
• Structured, organised, and detail-oriented approach to work planning.
• Full flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and support a team.
