Restaurant Manager(1 Position):- Full Time

Work Location: 31 Gover Street, New Plymouth

Working Hours:- Minimum guaranteed 30 hours per week, up to a maximum of 50 hours per week

Shree Vallabh Investement Ltd trading as Novelty Sweets \& Restaurant is seeking Restaurant Manager for our new restaurant in New Plymouth.

The Key duties and responsibilities of Restaurant Manager include:

• Planning menus in consultation with chefs.
• Planning and organizing special functions.
• Arranging the purchasing and pricing of goods according to budget.
• Maintaining records of stock levels and financial transactions.
• Ensuring dining facilities comply with health regulations and are clean, functional and of suitable appearance.
• Conferring with customers to assess their satisfaction with meals and service.
• Selecting, training and supervising waiting and kitchen staff.
• Taking reservations, greeting guests, and assisting with orders.
• Managing staff rosters, opening and closing procedures and daily operations.
• Performing other lawful duties as reasonably required by the director or management.

Pay: $27.00 – $33.00 per hour
