Restaurant Hostess

The Restaurant Hostess is responsible for creating a warm and welcoming first impression for guests. The Hostess greets customers, manages reservations, escorts guests to their tables, and coordinates with the restaurant team to ensure smooth seating operations while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a friendly and professional attitude.
• Greet and escort guests to their assigned tables.
• Manage reservations, walk-in guests, and waiting lists.
• Answer telephone calls and respond to guest inquiries.
• Coordinate with the restaurant manager and service team to optimize table seating and turnover.
• Ensure the reception and waiting area are clean, organized, and presentable at all times.
• Inform guests of estimated waiting times when necessary.
• Assist guests with special seating requests whenever possible.
• Handle guest concerns politely and escalate issues to management when required.
• Maintain knowledge of the restaurant's menu, promotions, and operating hours.
• Thank guests upon departure and invite them to return.

Qualifications

• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: From AED2,800.00 per month
