Key Responsibilities

  • Oversee all daily restaurant operations and service standards
  • Manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
  • Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management
  • Monitor inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and cost control procedures
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
  • Coordinate with kitchen management on operational planning and service flow
  • Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality regulations
  • Prepare operational reports and support business performance goals

Candidate Requirements

  • Minimum 4–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
  • Strong leadership and organizational abilities
  • Experience in restaurant operations, budgeting, and team supervision
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of hospitality standards and food safety procedures
  • Hospitality Management qualification is an advantage
