Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all daily restaurant operations and service standards
- Manage front-of-house and back-of-house teams
- Supervise staff scheduling, training, and performance management
- Monitor inventory, purchasing, budgeting, and cost control procedures
- Ensure high standards of customer service and guest satisfaction
- Coordinate with kitchen management on operational planning and service flow
- Maintain compliance with hygiene, safety, and hospitality regulations
- Prepare operational reports and support business performance goals
Candidate Requirements
- Minimum 4–5 years of experience in restaurant or hospitality management
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities
- Experience in restaurant operations, budgeting, and team supervision
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Knowledge of hospitality standards and food safety procedures
- Hospitality Management qualification is an advantage
