Residential interior new construction painter/spray guy

Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled New construction spray Painter/ painter to join our team. We are a semi production/custom new construction painting company. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of residential new home construction painting. This role requires attention to detail and the ability to work fast paced independently or as part of a team to deliver high-quality finishes on our projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and filling holes or imperfections.
• must be able to caulk interior trim.
• Must know how to operate an airless sprayer and how to spray enamel, lacquer, and other latex products ​
• must be able to cut clean straight lines without tape on casings
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work enviroment.
• We are looking for someone who has knowledge of new home construction painting that can step in and work right away.

Experience

• Proven experience in residential new home construction painting is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
