What You'll Do

As a Coordinator, you'll be the connection between the office, the field, clients, and project stakeholders. You'll help ensure projects run safely, efficiently, on time, and to the high standards Bold Electric is known for.

You'll:

✔ Coordinate schedules and support field crews

✔ Ensure job sites are ready before crews arrive

✔ Manage materials, logistics, and procurement

✔ Track project progress, costs, and timelines

✔ Support Lead Technicians with troubleshooting and project information

✔ Build strong relationships with clients, contractors, and suppliers

✔ Conduct site visits and quality control reviews

✔ Help improve processes and drive operational excellence

✔ Promote a positive, safe, and high-performing team culture

What We're Looking For

Required

• Journeyperson Electrician Certification
• Valid driver's license and clean abstract
• Strong understanding of construction and electrical projects
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and make confident decisions

Assets

• Master Electrician Certification
• Project coordination or project management experience
• PMP designation
• Experience leading teams and mentoring others
