Resident Engineer

Full Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Resident Engineer to oversee and manage high-rise building projects in the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for supervising construction activities, ensuring quality standards, maintaining project schedules, and coordinating with all project stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.

Key Responsibilities

· Manage and supervise all on-site construction activities.

· Ensure compliance with approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and project requirements.

· Coordinate with contractors, consultants, clients, and authorities.

· Monitor project progress and resolve technical and construction-related issues.

· Ensure adherence to health, safety, and environmental regulations.

· Review shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, and technical documents.

· Prepare progress reports and maintain project documentation.

· Lead site supervision teams and ensure project objectives are achieved.

Qualifications \& Requirements

· Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.

· Minimum 10–15 years of overall experience in Construction, including substantial experience as a Resident Engineer.

· Minimum 7–8 years of UAE experience as resident engineer in construction supervision and project management.

· Proven experience in managing and supervising high-rise building projects and group of villas.

· Strong technical expertise in construction project management, engineering standards, and design implementation.

· Extensive experience in project supervision, quality assurance, and safety compliance.

· Strong leadership, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.

· Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

· Proficiency in project management software and engineering tools.

· Thorough knowledge of UAE construction regulations, codes, and industry standards.

· Knowledge of P6-Primvera shell be a advantage

Pay: AED27,000.00 - AED30,000.00 per month
