Care Tribe Services is seeking a compassionate and experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to provide high-quality clinical care to an aged-care client .

About the Role

We are looking for a reliable and professional RN who is passionate about delivering person-centred care and supporting older Australians to maintain their health, wellbeing, and independence.
Position: Registered Nurse (RN)
Employment Type: Casual / Contractor
Service Type: Support at Home (SaH)

Key Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care in the client’s home
• Conduct clinical assessments and monitor the client’s health
• Develop and implement appropriate care strategies
• Monitor changes in the client’s condition and escalate concerns when required
• Provide clinical advice and recommendations
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and service notes
• Communicate effectively with the client, family, support workers, and Care Tribe Services team
• Follow all relevant clinical, safety, and organisational guidelines

About You

We are looking for an RN who is:

• Compassionate, reliable, and professional
• Experienced in aged care, community nursing, or home care
• Confident working independently in a client's home
• Strong in clinical assessment and communication
• Committed to providing person-centred care

Requirements

• Current AHPRA Registered Nurse registration
• Relevant nursing qualification
• Previous aged-care/community nursing experience preferred
• Current Police Check
• Current First Aid \& CPR
• Australian working rights
• Current driver's licence and reliable vehicle preferred
