Job Title: Registered Nurse – Aesthetic Clinic

About the Role Glow Spark Polyclinic is looking for a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse with Aesthetic Experience to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience assisting with and performing aesthetic procedures, delivering exceptional patient care, and ensuring a safe, comfortable, and professional clinical environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist physicians during a wide range of aesthetic and dermatological procedures.
- Prepare patients for treatments and provide pre- and post-procedure education and care.
- Perform aesthetic treatments within the scope of practice and as permitted by DHA regulations, including:
- Platelet-Rich Plasma (PRP) Therapy
- Skin Boosters
- Microneedling
- Mesotherapy
- Chemical Peels
- IV Therapy (where applicable)
- Laser Hair Removal and other laser treatments (if certified)
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and equipment while maintaining strict infection control standards.
- Monitor patients during and after procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
- Maintain accurate patient records, treatment documentation, and consent forms.
- Manage medical supplies, consumables, and equipment, ensuring proper stock levels and maintenance.
- Educate patients on skincare routines, treatment plans, and aftercare instructions.
- Ensure compliance with DHA regulations, clinic protocols, and quality standards.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and contribute to a positive patient experience.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid DHA License or DHA Eligibility Letter as a Registered Nurse.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an aesthetic, dermatology, or cosmetic clinic.
- Hands-on experience assisting with Botox, dermal fillers, PRP, HIFU, skin boosters, laser treatments, and other aesthetic procedures.
- Laser certification is an advantage.
- Strong knowledge of infection prevention and patient safety standards.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
- Professional, compassionate, and detail-oriented with a strong commitment to patient care.
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with advanced aesthetic devices and technologies.
- Certification in laser treatments, skincare, or aesthetic nursing.
- Multilingual candidates (English, Arabic, Hindi, or Urdu) are encouraged to apply.
- Strong customer service and patient relationship management skills.
