Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will have experience in various settings, including faciltating educational sessions, client teaching, assessment, IV therapy. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in providing high-quality patient care and collaborating with healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient health problems and needs
• Administer IV treatments as prescribed, ensuring adherence to medical protocols.
• Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and other healthcare staff to coordinate patient care.
• Maintain accurate medical records
• Educate patients and families on health management, medication administration, and pain management strategies.
• Provide compassionate support to patients across various age groups, including pediatrics and intellectually disabled

Requirements

• Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of practice.
• Experience in assisted living, hospital settings, or senior care preferred.
• Proficiency in facilitating health teaching and education
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to educate patients and caregivers effectively.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team environment.
