- Tailor-Made Care: Lead the creation of truly bespoke, person-centred care plans that celebrate each resident's unique life history, preferences, and personality.

- Inspire the Team: Act as a proud role model and mentor to our Care Assistants, sharing your expert knowledge of dementia and coaching them in empathetic communication.
- Holistic Health: Masterfully balance mental and physical healthcare, managing medications safely while proactively keeping an eye out for co-morbidities.
- Support Families: Be a trusted, compassionate anchor for relatives, guiding them through the complexities of their loved one's dementia journey.

What You Bring to the Table
- Active NMC Pin: Valid and current registration as a Registered Mental Health Nurse (RMN).
- Dementia Expertise: Deep clinical knowledge of dementia progression combined with a genuine love for older adult care.
- A Patient Heart: High emotional resilience, a beautifully calm demeanour under pressure, and excellent listening skills.
- Ethical Standards: A thorough understanding of the Mental Capacity Act (MCA) and Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS).
