Registered Massage Therapist

Job Summary
We are seeking a compassionate and professional Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. Preferrably works and lives in Brampton. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to enhance clients' physical health and overall well-being. This role requires a strong understanding of anatomy, excellent customer service skills, and effective communication to ensure a positive experience for every client. Duties

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques.
• Conduct thorough client consultations to assess health history, preferences, and specific areas of concern.
• Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with licensing requirements.
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend appropriate self-care practices.
• Ensure cleanliness and sanitation of treatment rooms and equipment according to health regulations.
• Schedule appointments efficiently while providing excellent customer service throughout the client experience.
• Stay current with industry best practices and participate in ongoing professional development.

Experience

• Valid licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist in accordance with state or local regulations.
• Prior experience providing massage therapy services is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for new graduates.
• Proficiency in medical terminology is a plus, aiding in effective communication with clients and healthcare providers.
• Strong customer service skills with the ability to create a welcoming and relaxing environment for clients.
• Excellent communication skills to clearly explain treatment plans, address client questions, and foster trust. This role is ideal for dedicated professionals committed to improving clients’ health through skilled massage therapy while delivering exceptional customer care in a supportive setting.

Pay: $60.00-$65.00 per hour
