Registered Massage Therapist

Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and skilled Registered Massage Therapist to join our wellness team. The ideal candidate will provide therapeutic massage services to enhance clients' physical health and overall well-being. Responsibilities

• Perform professional massage therapy sessions tailored to individual client needs, including therapeutic, relaxation, and rehabilitative techniques
• Conduct client assessments to determine appropriate treatment plans and document progress accurately
• Maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming treatment environment in accordance with health and safety standards
• Educate clients on post-treatment care and recommend ongoing wellness strategies
• Manage appointment scheduling efficiently while providing exceptional customer service
• Collaborate with other healthcare providers when necessary to support comprehensive client care
• Stay current with industry best practices and continuing education requirements for licensure renewal

Requirements

• Valid state licensure as a Registered Massage Therapist
• Knowledge of medical terminology related to musculoskeletal health and therapy techniques
• Strong communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members
• Excellent customer service skills with a focus on client satisfaction and comfort
• Ability to assess client needs accurately and develop personalized treatment plans
• Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to professional standards of practice
• Prior experience in a clinical or wellness setting is preferred but not required; training will be provided if necessary

Pay: $85.00-$150.00 per hour

Licence/Certification:

• Registered Massage Therapist Certified (preferred)

Work Location: In person
