Benefits: * Opportunity for advancement * Training \& development * Flexible schedule We’re looking for a passionate and driven fitness professional to lead and elevate our Group Fitness and HIITZone programs. As a Regional Group Fitness Manager, you’ll oversee 7 locations with multiple studios (Fitness and HIITZone) and 140+ hours of programming per week. You’ll play a key role in instructor development, class programming, and member engagement. This role reports directly to the National Director of Group Fitness and Programming and based in Mississauga. You’ll work closely with the Club General Manager to ensure key performance indicators (KPIs) are met, including class attendance and membership retention.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves coaching and mentoring others, and brings expertise in formats like Strength, Bootcamp, Kickboxing, ZUMBA, TRX, Sculpt, Yoga, Pilates, Cycle, or HIIT. This position is budgeted for 35 hours per week, with the opportunity to teach up to five classes per week at $35-$40/hour (depending on experience). This role also includes a car allowance to support travel to multiple locations throughout the GTA and Hamilton.
