We're looking for an enthusiastic and passionate Reformer Pilates Instructor to join our growing team at Pike Physiotherapy \& Pilates.

Pike is a boutique physiotherapy and Pilates clinic where movement, rehabilitation and performance come together. We believe in delivering exceptional client care through evidence-based practice, individual attention and a welcoming community.

About the Role

You'll be teaching small group Reformer Pilates classes (maximum 6 participants) within our modern studio, working alongside an experienced physiotherapist. Our classes focus on quality movement, strength, confidence and helping clients feel their best—whether they're returning from injury or simply looking to move well.

We're Looking For Someone Who

• Is a qualified Reformer Pilates Instructor
• Has experience teaching group Reformer classes
• Creates engaging, welcoming and safe classes
• Is confident adapting exercises for different abilities
• Has excellent communication and people skills
• Is reliable, professional and passionate about helping others move well
• Enjoys working as part of a multidisciplinary team

Desirable

• STOTT, APPI, BASI, DMA, Balanced Body or equivalent Pilates qualifications
• Background in fitness, physiotherapy, sports therapy or rehabilitation desirable.
• Experience working with clients returning from injury or managing persistent pain
• Current First Aid certification
