RECRUITMENT TEAM (HUMAN RESOURCE DIVISION)

• Identify hiring needs and develop detailed job descriptions and specifications.
• Collaborate with department managers to define consistent and accurate recruitment requirements.
• Post job advertisements across various platforms and source qualified candidates through databases, job portals, and social media.
• Screen resumes, conduct interviews, and evaluate candidates to ensure the best fit for open positions.
• Assess applicants’ qualifications, skills, and experience in line with job requirements.
• Perform reference checks and background screenings.
• Coordinate the overall hiring process with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Prepare and complete necessary documentation for new hires and maintain accurate candidate records.
• Manage and support employee induction and onboarding programs.
• Promote and strengthen the company’s employer brand to attract top talent.
• Stay updated on employment laws and regulations to ensure full compliance.
• Prepare and present recruitment reports to management.
• Oversee recruitment for office staff, operational roles, and local security personnel.
• To undertake and execute assign job to completion within the target dateline
• Carry out any additional duties as assigned by the General Manager.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or HR (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply)
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and time-management abilities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and online job portals
